360k Illegal Immigrants Processed Into United States Through Biden Administration Program

A Biden Administration program has allowed for 360,000 illegal immigrants to be processed into the United States.

The program is called CBP One and was announced in January 2023 by the Biden Administration, who described it as a “new lawful pathways” strategy. It allows for immigrants to enter the United States by filling out a mobile application. According to the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) website, the application is for “noncitizens located in Central or Northern Mexico who seek to travel to the United States.”

The application allows for immigrants to schedule an appointment with CBP officers at a port of entry. The ports of entry are located in Arizona, Texas, and California. According to a statement from the Department of Homeland Security, these illegals will be allowed entry if “they meet certain identified vulnerability criteria.” The statement does not specify what falls under this criteria.

Because the illegal immigrants are pre-approved for entry before they actually enter the United States, the program has allowed the CPB to claim that illegal border crossings have decreased, despite the total number of crossings increasing.

The official House Republicans Twitter account called out the Department of Homeland Security in a tweet:

The San Diego Field Office Intelligence Division of Customs and Border Protection has warned that terrorists involved in the Israel-Hamas conflict may try to enter the United States through the southern border, according to an internal memo obtained by the Daily Caller.

In November, immigration lawyer Rolando Vazquez received death threats for exposing gang members who were pretending to be migrants and crossing the border. He also said that many of the migrants he’s dealt with “don’t have asylum claims” and are instead claiming support for certain political candidates in order to be granted entry.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told Border Patrol agents this week that the release rate for illegal immigrants taken into custody at the border is “above 85%,” according to Fox News.

U.S. border officials recorded a record high of 302,000 illegal crossings last month.
