Far-left radio host Charlamagne Tha God is speaking out against President Joe Biden, arguing that the career politician has never been “a good candidate” while also condemning the border crisis and the failures of sanctuary cities.
While claiming that the effort by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) to bus illegal aliens to sanctuary cities is “cruel” and “inhumane,” Charlamagne admitted that it has been “effective” and has allowed voters to believe that Republicans were right on the issue all along.
“Clearly it was effective because it made a lot of those Democrats start singing a different tune. And, I mean, the voters see that. The voters see that. So what does that look like to the voter? Just on the surface, just on the surface, it looks like Republicans were right about the issue and Democrats got it wrong,” Charlamagne said during an appearance on Fox News.
“And now a lot of Democrats are starting to sound like the Republicans sounded,” he added. “So it makes a lot of people say, ‘Well, damn, Republicans were actually right on that issue.’ Just on the surface, just plain on the surface, that’s how it looks, you know, to the average voter.”
🔥 Charlamagne Tha God Says His Listeners Are Fed Up With the Migrant Issue, Blames Biden & the Democrats: ‘It Looks Like Republicans Were Right’
“I honestly have never spoken to as many people who are concerned about the migrant issue as I have over the past year…[Biden] is… pic.twitter.com/kLWPmqebAM

Charlamagne laid the blame on Biden for the border crisis, stating: “I honestly have never spoken to as many people who are concerned about the migrant issue as I have over the past year… [Biden] is the President of the United States of America. If he can take credit for the good things that happen in this country, he has to take credit for the bad as well because those things happen on his watch.”
He also condemned Biden for his failures at messaging.
“Their messaging sucks,” he said. “Even though they have accomplished some good things while they’ve been in the White House, nobody knows that.”
Charlamagne then brought up Biden’s recent trip to Charleston, South Carolina, pointing to a predictable routine from Democrat politicians to attempt to cater to Black Americans.
“Charleston, South Carolina, my birthplace, and he goes to the Black church, and then he goes to a soul food spot,” he said. “They’ve been doing that same s— for years. Like, they’ve been doing the same old stuff for years.”

“Democrats shouldn’t just be concerned about the Black vote, because when you look at the polls, he’s losing with Black voters, he’s losing with Latinos, he’s losing with independents, he’s losing with the youth vote. It’s like, d—! Do y’all want to win or not? Because right now they don’t look like a winning ticket,” Charlamagne added.
When asked for his opinion as to why Biden is losing those voters, he stated: “Because he sucks as a candidate.”
“Why are we acting like President Biden has ever been like a great presidential candidate? I mean, the guy’s ran quite a few times before and, you know, didn’t even get close,” he added.
“Like, if it wasn’t for a series of unfortunate circumstances in 2020, COVID in particular, the murder of George Floyd, like, you know, people being in the streets protesting, rioting, then I think that there probably would have been a different outcome in 2020,” Charlamagne continued.
“So he’s just never been a good candidate, ever, like in the history of life! Just look at the record of the times he ran before,” he pointed out. “I just don’t think he’s a good messenger in any way, shape or form. I just don’t think he inspires people. These candidates have to inspire you.”
Charlamagne then argued that Biden is “just not inspiring in any way, shape or form. Maybe he [needs] to find a little bit of that Obama, Bill Clinton energy to inspire people because, yeah, he ain’t it.”
