FBI Scrambling To Retain Credibility

The FBI dug a hole for itself after raiding the home of former President Donald Trump. The Justice Department recently released documents to explain the unprecedented raid. But they redacted so much of what was released that it’s become a joke among conservatives. Just 10% of it was available for anyone to read.

Recently, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg went on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast and made a shocking confession about the FBI. According to Zuckerberg, the federal agency contacted Facebook with an alert about the Hunter Biden laptop story being “Russian misinformation.”

Zuckerberg admitted that this led to Facebook ultimately censoring the story ahead of the 2020 presidential election. The FBI is now coming out to release its own version of what happened.

The FBI claimed on Friday that it provides alerts to various private sector groups about “potential threats.” According to the FBI, this is its way of making sure these groups are well equipped to defend themselves.

The FBI’s response has been mocked as a clear coverup by many of its critics. Conservatives have warned that the federal agency hid the Hunter Biden laptop story to help Joe Biden’s presidential campaign.

Earlier this month, polling indicated that the outcome of the election could have possibly been different, had Americans known about the laptop story when it first came out.

Meta is claiming that nothing its CEO said on the podcast was new. Meta has since claimed that Facebook’s handling of the Hunter Biden laptop story was made known when Zuckerberg testified before Congress years ago.

Americans are quickly waking up to the political motivations of their federal law enforcement agencies, and the evidence for this seems to grow each day.
