Howard Stern appeared to take a swing at the grave of the late actress Kirstie Alley after she faced a tragic and brief battle with colon cancer.
The well-known radio shock jock seemed to imply that Alley’s death could be explained by her stance against forcing COVID-19 inoculations upon people who do not wish to take them.
Stern began the segment by expressing his dismay at Alley’s passing.
“I was all freaked out. My wife told me this morning that Kirstie Alley died,” Stern said at the beginning of the segment.
“I saw that last night and I started reading up on her because again, another person we had on the show and had really warm feelings for,” commented show co-host Robin Quivers.
“Well, what freaked me out about Kirstie Alley is — is that she’s 71 and I know to some people that’s old, but to me that’s young and they’re saying it was like a sudden kind of cancer,” said Stern.
Stern then suggested that Holly’s anti-mandate views could be to blame for her sudden death.
“I know she was an anti — she was not anti-vaccine, but she was anti-mandate. Maybe — this was a theory this morning cause we were all discussing it. Maybe she didn’t go to the doctor soon enough when she wasn’t feeling well? But that’s complete — a story made up by us. I mean, there’s no facts behind it,” Stern said, acknowledging that his allegations were not backed with any type of evidence.
Quivers then pushed back on Stern.
“There are many, many cancers, Howard, that don’t really show up with symptoms for a long, long time,” she said.
“Is that right?” Stern answered.
“Like you can have it and not really understand that whatever is going on with you is a cancer thing instead of just, you know, normal tiredness,” noted Quivers, who battled cancer herself in 2012.
“Well that’s true,” Stern acknowledged.
The sad news of Alley’s passing came from a Twitter post by her children.
“We are sad to inform you that our incredible, fierce and loving mother has passed away after a battle with cancer, only recently discovered,” Alley’s children, True, 30, and Lillie Parker, 28, posted on her Twitter account Monday. “As iconic as she was on screen, she was an even more amazing mother and grandmother.”

The late actress was famously against draconian Covid-19 measures and has publicly stated that her 97-year-old father was able to fight the disease through the use of ivermectin and other treatments.
Get the vaccines and boosters, I don’t care… but until they can prevent me from getting COVID or prevent you from getting it.. I won’t be getting it and will ignore mandates to get it.. seems fair to me

My father got COVID last year at age 97 . He was given ivermectin and a few other new treatments. He pulled through. Never had to me intubated. THOUSANDS of Drs use protocols such as ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, zinc sulfate & azithromycin at first symptoms. Saving thousands. https://t.co/sJxP0dBdIL
