Investigative Report Uncovers NGOs Profiting Billions From Biden’s Border Policies

An eye-opening investigative report has shed light on how left-wing nonprofit organizations are making billions off of the Biden administration’s handling of the border crisis. The Free Press examined three prominent NGOs, Global Refuge Southwest Key Programs and Endeavors Inc. and found that their revenues have more than tripled since 2018, with each of their CEOs making over $500,000 a year.

These organizations are paid by the government to provide services for unaccompanied migrant children but the report reveals questionable spending practices. Endeavors allegedly used taxpayer funds for activities like “pet therapy” “horticulture therapy” and music therapy paying one music therapist $533,000 in 2021 alone.

Meanwhile, communities across the US are struggling to find resources to support the millions of illegal immigrants released into the country under Biden’s policies. The budget of the Office of Refugee Resettlement, which funds these NGOs, has ballooned from $1.8 billion in 2018 to an expected $7.3 billion this year.

Former DHS adviser Charles Marino called the amount of taxpayer money these organizations are receiving “obscene” and predicted that the waste fraud and abuse will rival that seen with COVID federal funds. Critics argue that the Biden administration has opened the spending floodgates without proper oversight allowing these NGOs and their executives to get rich off the border crisis.
