The U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration moved forward with the Biden Administration’s illegal vaccine mandate Thursday. An Act of Congress created OSHA in 1970 with President Richard Nixon’s signature on the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
Like most of what Nixon signed into law as president, it wasn’t even constitutional for OSHA to exist in the United States in the first place.
OSHA’s mission is to: “assure safe and healthy working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education, and assistance.” That’s not a constitutional mission for a government agency created by an act of Congress.
The U.S. Congress has limited and clearly defined powers, and they are listed in Article I Section 8 of the Constitution of the United States of America. Anything not listed in that section of that article of the government’s charter document is not lawful for Congress to do. That’s a promise in the 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights.
And the president must veto any unconstitutional measures taken by a rogue Congress. Of course, in practice, presidents push Congress to pass unconstitutional “laws” that subvert the supreme law of the land, and voters reward them by continuing to reelect them.
The courts have been astonishingly accommodative of this government’s illegal activities since it was first chartered. Still, throughout recent congresses and White House administrations, they have increasingly actively collaborated with the legislative and executive to usurp the authority of the Constitution and oppress the people with ever more radical and abhorrent unlawful encroachments of our rightful prerogatives as parties to a legal arrangement predicated on our fundamental, individual equality.
So today, Americans face a crisis within their government like none other in living memory, and a test of their resolve to gird the foundations of our republic and defend themselves from a counterfeit government, one put together by a conspiracy of our country’s worst domestic enemies, to subvert, nullify, and void the promises made to all the people in the U.S. Constitution.
Article I Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution only gives Congress the power to “provide for the Common Defence and General Welfare,” not to promote the specified welfare of any individual or group of individuals working in a particular industry. That’s what Congress and OSHA both say OSHA was designed to do. So it is an illegal agency and should be driven out of our workplaces, out of our cities, and out of our states.
The general welfare clause is the only one in that list on which the vaccine rappers could rely as a constitutional permit to force people to get an injection of a foreign substance into their body without their consent or else face a group of traitorous and seditious oathbreakers armed with guns, sent to their homes and places of business to drag them out and detain them like the worst, most violent criminals, for choosing their own body and health, and repression in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
