RINOs Bully Conservatives To Back FTX Plagued McCarthy

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif) gets the big guns out as Conservatives push against him for consolidation of the House GOP leadership roles. RINO representatives planning to vote for McCarthy are threatening to elect a Democrat or “moderate” as the next Speaker of the House if conservatives don’t start supporting the California Representative.

But as more information is revealed on the self-proposed “speaker-elect” and his involvement in the FTX money scandal, conservatives are not backing down any time soon.

Midterm elections turned from an anticipated “red wave” to more of a pink trickle as Republicans were only able to hold a slight majority in the House of Representatives. Establishment leader Kevin McCarthy has already coined himself and his big ego as “Speaker-elect” six weeks before the vote for House leadership positions. After a closed-door GOP vote, McCarthy seemed to have a significant boost in confidence that he will win the leadership position.

Even in the private voting session, he did not receive enough support to be elected speaker. McCarthy received 188 votes out of the required 218. McCarthy’s cronies have taken to the media to ramp up his vote volume, claiming that if he doesn’t get the speaker seat,

Democrats and “moderate” RINOs will have to be elected. McCarthy and his supporters will back January 6 Committee member Liz Cheney or the anti-Trump ex-GOP representative Justin Amash if conservatives don’t “get in line,” according to a report from Breitbart.

The left-wing-run government will remain should McCarthy take the speaker role. He says he will continue to follow Nancy Pelosi’s rules as Speaker of the House. He’s also willing to work with Democrats to elect a moderate Speaker should he not gain enough votes to win, which will keep liberal politics alive and well in the halls of Congress.

Luckily, Freedom Caucus members are not backing down from their stance on who is fit for House Speaker. Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says there are at least 20 “hard no” votes against the Californian leader. Other members have announced their opposition to McCarthy as well.

Under the U.S. Constitution, the Speaker of the House does not have to be a Congress member. This is important because a National File report revealed that former President Donald Trump could be elected Speaker of the House.
