Swalwell Inadvertently Justifies Parents’ Education Concerns

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) proved parents’ point that the education system has overstepped its boundaries in recent years. Swalwell took to Twitter on Wednesday to share his confusion on why parents have a problem with the indoctrination…I mean, the education system.

“Please tell me what I’m missing here. What are we doing next? Putting patients in charge of their own surgeries? Clients in charge of their own trials? When did we stop trusting experts. This is so stupid”, Swalwell tweeted.

“Please tell me what I’m missing here. What are we doing next? Putting patients in charge of their own surgeries? Clients in charge of their own trials? When did we stop trusting experts. This is so stupid.

His tweet was in response to a remark from Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) who is an advocate of “putting parents back in charge of their children’s education.”

Swalwell’s tweet has shone a bright light on how the Left views the role of the parents when it comes to how and what their children are taught.

Swalwell’s despotic view should come as no surprise to those who are familiar with his love of tyrannical Covid restrictions and overall approval of trusting the experts. Or maybe he’s better known for his alleged love affair with Chinese spy Christine Fang.

The tweet has garnered over 3,300 replies as of Friday, many of which are pointing out his stupidity for suggesting that patients and clients don’t have consent and the ultimate say in their medical and legal decisions.

The idea of indoctrination rather than education has become more prevalent as the Left attempts to further its radical agendas. Local school boards throughout the country have seen a massive increase in parent involvement over the past couple of years.

The increase in parents’ involvement could be attributed to the Covid school closures that forced students to learn online. It was during this time that parents became more aware of the curriculum that was being used in the schools.

The unveiling of these left-leaning ideologies has lit a fire under conservative parents and has bode well for congressional candidates who have vowed to stop the radical agendas in the school system.
