The newest troll by former President Donald Trump is probably the funniest so far. Trump posted an edited picture of former President George W. Bush’s face, and Liz Cheney’s hair blended. It was a clear indication of what Trump thinks about Cheney and Bush because of the endless war started by Bush and Liz Cheney’s father, Dick Cheney.
Cheney has criticized Trump and is on the January 6th Commission that Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi created. Chaney has been one of the Republican politicians that share more values with the Democrat side of the aisle. She is the perfect definition of RINO, the acronym for Republican in Name Only.
Trump posted the picture through Save America PAC because Bush will be a crucial speaker for Cheney at an upcoming fundraiser. Trump also posted a message saying that Liz Cheney has low poll numbers. Bush had gotten America into the endless war in the middle east that cost trillions of dollars and left the middle east in a worse position than when the war began. Trump also noted that Bush didn’t dare to pardon Scooter Libby, former Vice President Cheney’s Chief of Staff, but Trump did because he deserved it. On March 6, 2007, Libby was convicted on four counts of perjury, obstruction of justice, and making false statements, and Trump pardoned him on April 13, 2018.
Cheney is polling low and has called on the help of Bush to get her number up, but people don’t like Bush as much as they once did after his presidency. Trump has been a critic of Bush, and after Bush was seen with former Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama at the September 11, 20-year memorial, he’s liked even less. Bill and Hillary Clinton aren’t good for anyone’s image, and the Republican party automatically hates anyone who associates with them. At least most of them.
Matt Gaetz criticized Cheney by saying, “How can you call yourself a representative when you don’t represent the will of the people?”
He’s right. Cheney has been wishy-washy with her support and views and doesn’t represent her constituents correctly. Cheney has more of a devotion to Pelosi than her Republican colleagues and constituents, and for that, she will likely lose and waste people’s hard-earned money in the process.
