Laken Riley Murder Suspect Was Released Due To Overcrowding

In a shocking revelation over a crime that shook the already crime-ridden nation, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) confirmed on Thursday that Laken Riley would in all probability still be alive and studying to become a nurse without an unforgivable act by the Biden administration.

Murder suspect Jose Ibarra, according to the Republican congressman, was released by Homeland Security due to what it claimed was a lack of space. Hawley read this detail from Ibarra’s confidential immigration file.

The illegal migrant from Venezuela is charged with the murder of the 22-year-old student on the University of Georgia campus on Feb. 22. Investigators described the evil act as simply a crime of opportunity.

This week, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) also charged that Ibarra was illegally paroled into the U.S. by the Biden White House.

The law, which is loosely followed under the current Democrat regime, allows for parole if the illegal migrant offered a significant benefit to the U.S. or there was a humanitarian need.

Graham noted that neither set of circumstances existed. Instead, the murder suspect was set loose “due to detention capacity at the Central Processing Center in El Paso, Texas.”

Because of this, the South Carolina Republican argued that the Biden administration broke the law with tragic results.

Immigration officials confirmed that Ibarra was arrested by the NYPD a year after being set free by Border Patrol. On Sept. 14, 2023, he was “charged with acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 and a motor vehicle license violation.”

He later moved south to Athens, reportedly to be with his brother.

Ibarra is accused of the brutal murder of Riley while she was out for a jog on her college campus. She attended Augusta University and was studying nursing on the UGA campus.

The illegal migrant is charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, false imprisonment, kidnapping, hindering a 911 call and other counts.

According to police reports, he “disfigured” Riley’s skull with an unidentified object. He then allegedly moved her body to a secluded spot near the jogging trail.

She was discovered after her roommate reported that she did not return from her jog.
